The Clifford Mesh Welding lines are modular and designed to meet your specific product requirements. Our machines can weld thin to large wire diameters with the pitch you require. We have specialised ranges to deal with all product types like 358 security mesh, 2D and 4D mesh, White goods/Industrial product or rolled fencing mesh. We also offer automated jig based welding solutions for specialised products.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

A Mesh Welding line would typically require two operators, one at the loading station and one at the welding portal. Other operators may be required for material handling to and from the machine. The line is broken down into the following modules:
- Linebar loading table or off-coil wire payoffs
- Linebar feeder
- Welding portal
- Linear pullout
- Mesh slitter and trimmer
- Mesh Stacking or Rolling system
A Jig welding solution is designed for a single operator to run the entire production.
