| Clifford has refocused their vision for the spares department and has now revitalised this area of the company to be able to provide extremely quick turn around times on spares and replacement parts. It is clearly understood that Clifford’s customers require extremely quick response to breakdown situations and need to have a simple effective method of identifying parts required to bring a machine back into operation.
With a view to ensuring that any piece of equipment is brought back into operation in the shortest possible time, Clifford is now building an extensive inventory of spares in South Africa and the USA for immediate ‘off the shelf’ delivery.
Clifford is also offering to supply old customers with updated spares manuals for their existing machines to assist with the identification of components and to facilitate ordering the correct component with the least possible research. These will provided at a reasonable cost as and when requested by individual customers.
The Clifford Spares Department is
headed up by Mr. Vassie Pillay based in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa, ably
assisted by Mr. Duane John and Miss. Sandy Homan. Miss Sandy Homan is a new
resource to the spares department who will be assisting in providing the
necessary logistic support to give customers ongoing assistance with their
spares orders. |
